Choose one clear purpose
Decide whether the clip is an individual gift, a wedding-party accessory or a company presentation item. That purpose influences the requested quantity, wording and packaging. Our money-clip service currently begins with sourcing, because no exact product is confirmed in the catalogue. Treat the imagery as inspiration and ask for an identified item before showing a final product promise to your recipients.
Keep the artwork compact
Initials, a short name or a simple logo may be easier to position than a paragraph of text. Nevertheless, the available area and method must be checked against the sourced item. Do not assume engraving is possible on every finish. Send a clear artwork file and ask for a proof showing the position and scale. Confirm punctuation and spelling for each personalised piece.
Ask the questions that change the quote
State the required material or finish, whether individual names differ, and whether a gift box is needed. A money clip wallet enquiry should also describe the card-storage format. Samples, individual packing and separate delivery addresses may affect the project and need to be requested upfront. Availability, minimum quantities and pricing will be confirmed only when an option has been reviewed.
Approve the product and personalisation together
Check that the written quotation identifies the same item as the artwork proof. An approved design alone does not confirm material, mechanism or packaging. Give a realistic receiving date for the event organiser and allow the supplier to confirm feasibility. Keep the final approved details so that any additional pieces can be requested consistently, subject to fresh availability.
