Separate the product types
A money clip holds folded notes with a clip mechanism. A money clip wallet combines that idea with a wallet or card-carrying format. Those are different requirements, so say which you need. At present this site has no confirmed money-clip catalogue product. Describe the intended contents
State whether the item is mainly for notes, cards or both, and whether compact pocket use is the priority. Ask for the proposed dimensions, material and mechanism once an option is identified. Do not infer holding capacity from a lifestyle picture. If a particular note size or number of cards matters, make that requirement part of the enquiry and have suitability confirmed.
Discuss the finish without assuming availability
A silver-coloured illustration does not prove that stainless steel, sterling silver or a plated finish is available. Name a required material explicitly, or say that you are open to options. Likewise, a magnetic or spring mechanism should be specified and verified rather than inferred from the word clip. Confirm the complete product description before approving a sourcing quotation.
Include the commercial details
Send the quantity, branding idea, delivery area and required date. Personalised money clips may require a logo or initials, but the process and usable area depend on the actual item sourced.
